Dhiraj has close to two decades of experience in the hospitality industry across leading hotel brands and five star luxury properties in India and abroad, where he has held leadership roles at corporate headquarters and was actively involved with Revenue Management, Global Distribution, Customer Relationship Management (CRM two way connected with PMS) and CRS functions.
He is also a recognized Revenue Management Specialist in the industry and has been a key speaker at various international hospitality conferences. A recipient of CMO Asia Singapore award 2015, EDGE award 2014, Dhiraj was most recently working as President RMS at the Reznext Global Solutions. At Immense Hospitality, Dhiraj will lead the global expansion services function delivering and consult technology partners, helping them optimize their revenue potential.
Dhiraj commenced his hotel career two decades ago with Taj Group of Hotels where he was part of the implementing revenue management practices. His journey under Revenue Management continued with Hyatt, Louvre Hotels, ITC Hotels, Royal Orchid Hotels, Lebua Hotels and The Park Hotels.
Dhiraj is a Doctorate in Management Studies and specializes in ecommerce & entrepreneurship, Executive MBA in Customer Relationship Management, eCornell and executive course from IIM Bangalore.
He was part of round table conference at National University of Singapore (NSU) conducted by Cornell University in partnership with Ideas.
